What accessories work with my machine?

The accessories that fit your Dustcontrol machine can be found on the machine’s product page under the Accessories tab. If you are unsure, please contact our customer service or a salesperson.

Where can I find the manual for my Dustcontrol-machine?

You will find all operating instructions on the Documents button in the main menu or on the respective product page. You can also scan the QR code contained on your Dustcontrol machine to access the operating instructions.

When should the container or bag be emptied? How to do it correctly?

When should I change filters and how should I do it correctly?

How do I find the right filter for my machine and where can I order it?

Go to the product page, download the manual and read the chapter on Spare Parts. Write down the designation and part number and contact our customer service or a salesperson. You’ll also find the filter for your machine on the product page by clicking on the Accessoires tab. Finally you can also contact your local dealer.

I want to return my machine for service or repair – how do I do it?

For service and repair of your Dustcontrol equipment, please, contact your local dealer.

Where do I get spare parts for my mobile machine?

The spare parts for each machine can be found in the manual. Write down the designation, article number and serial number and contact our customer service or your local dealer. Each machine has a gray sticker on the engine where the article number and serial number appear.

When can I make a warranty claim?

In general, the warranty period is two years and refers to manufacturing defects. The guarantee applies provided that the machine is used in the normal way and receives the required service. Normal wear is not replaced. Repairs must be performed by Dustcontrol or by a person approved by Dustcontrol. Otherwise, the warranty is forfeited. Please, contact you local dealer for those issues.

I need to know more about the technical data of my machine – How can I find out?

I have problems with the engine and / or the machine behaves strangely in another way – What do I do now?

Go to the product page, download the manual and read the chapter on Troubleshooting. If you cannot solve the problems, please contact contact you local dealer.

I have an older Dustcontrol machine and need a new filter / new plastic bags / spare parts / service – how do I do it?

The fastest way is to contact our customer service. Enter the machine designation and part number (each machine has a gray sticker on the engine showing the part number and serial number).

How do I get support and help with our Dustcontrol central system?
